Payment Policy:

We accept Cash,Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit cards with a VIsa or Mastercard Logo.  ID required on all credit card/debit purchases.

LOCAL Checks are accepted with valid ID.  Any check returned will be charged a $35.00 returned check fee.

Any coupons should be mentioned up front and will not be valid with any other discounts. 

Layawy policy:

Layaway is available on most items. For a purchase to be elidgable for layaway, partial payment of the listed price of an item to be paid up front. The remainder of the balance may be paid over 2 consecutive weeks or period of time set by the administraotors of "It's a smallworld of Seminole LLC" . Any balance not fullfilled by the end of establised time frame will allow for the sale of item(s) in question to another party with a refund minus 1/2 the original down payment to be returned to one placing said item(s) on layaway.

Returns/Exchanges:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

We will allow exchanges on clothes and shoes as long as the original tag is still on the item and you bring it back within 5 days of original sale.  Reciept is required.

Buying Policies:

No appointments necessary however it is always a good idea to call and make sure that we are currently buying what you have to sell.  Especially clothing. 

Outdoor toys, climbers and playhouses are always welcome and pick up is available on larger items.
